Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; CSPO preferred; Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Product Owner in tech companies; Ability to multitask with autonomy and sense of urgency; Ability to decompose ambiguous goals in smaller tasks that can be more easily addressed; Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; Ability to take established priorities and promote team alignment around those priorities; Excellent work process and organization skills, including the habit of documenting status and progress; Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively and with clarity across the entire organization; Optimism, self-motivation, resilience, no-excuse attitude and resourcefulness; Continuous improvement mindset, with good balance between perfectionism and ability to deliver on time; Pleasure in seeing the others shine; The role: As a Product Owner at Inductiva.AI you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning execution and delivery of our product.
You will report directly to the Head of Product Execution ensuring that Inductiva is continually working at the highest possible level of performance and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, scope milestones and deliverables; Develop comprehensive product plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with the main goals and objectives; Coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve product milestones and deliver high-quality results; Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies; Facilitating communication and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team; Providing regular updates and reports on status, risks, and performance metrics; Support our leaders in the on-going relationships we have with our users (scientists and engineers with complex scientific computing requirements) and other potential users.
Ensuring adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
