The Product team:
Our Product team encompasses Product Management, Design, Development and Marketing analysis. We are a multidisciplinary team with the mission of delivering meaningful outcomes to the business, through digital transformation of financial services.
Role Description:
As a Product Manager you will assist our team of Product Management in:

Executing product discovery
Drafting the product roadmap
Backlog prioritization and definition
Stakeholder management
Producing product documentation


Bridge Product with Design and Development
Engage with and promote Agile practices

Mandatory requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree;
2 years experience as a Product Manager, Project manager, Business Analyst,Marketing Assistant or similar position;
Experience working in close contact with design, engineering, marketing and sales (all or some of these);

Highly valued requirements:

Familiar with the use of Epics and User stories;
Familiar with collaborative working tools such as Jira, Miro, Trello and Notion;
Familiar with Agile methodologies

Language requirements:

Advanced/fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
