Certification: Certification in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is preferred.
Communication: Ability to clearly articulate business needs to the development team.
Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Technical Experience: Solid knowledge of software development, including Agile methodologies and relevant technologies, is preferred.
Other Requirements: Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring all development requests are well-defined and aligned with business needs.
Product Vision: Clearly communicate the product vision, objectives, and priorities to the development team and any other stakeholders.
User Stories: Ensure the production of clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria that reflect the needs of end users.
Prioritization: Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements Management: Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure expectations are met.
Sprint Planning and Monitoring: Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the team.
Value Delivery: Ensure that each sprint delivers incremental value to customers, aligned with the product vision.
