Your contribution: Designing the integration and further development of new components in the CGM wide identity management. You take over the overall planning, conception and participation in the technical approval of your concept. Creating epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with a high focus on an optimal user experience. Coordination with the Product Owners of other countries and within the CGM network. What you bring along: Your Responsibilities: Definition of product requirements and creation of user stories as well as acceptance criteria within an agile development process. Prioritization of the product backlog and ensuring that the most valuable and relevant features for your product segment are implemented. Close collaboration with the development team to ensure efficient and effective sprint planning and product development. Close collaboration with the UX team and management to conduct market analyses and customer surveys to identify new product opportunities. Monitoring product performance using common analytics tools and deriving measures for continuous improvement. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, presenting product progress and results, e.g., in sprint reviews. Developing and maintaining the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Your Profile: Completed degree in business, computer science, or a similar field. At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an agile work environment. Strong knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum. Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex relationships. Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
