Product Owner - CSDs Harmonisation
Join Euronext as a Product Owner, driving the rollout of a unified service to streamline post-trade processes for financial institutions across Europe. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to regulatory approvals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and prioritize product requirements, providing clear rationale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project priorities.
Oversee client onboarding and product launch.
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Organize and manage user acceptance testing.
Lead project phases from planning to business-as-usual transition.
Support stakeholders in documenting market changes.
Maintain a centralized glossary and contribute to the data dictionary.
Act as the main liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Participate in testing to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Success Factors:

Your Profile:
Experience in product management, business development, or sales support.
In-depth knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, and service offerings.
Understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects autonomously.
Collaborative, customer-oriented, and data-driven approach.
Experience developing products in international markets.
