The opportunity: As one of our Product Owners you'll play a key role to maximise the value the product team creates by defining the roadmap, priorities and business outcomes. You will take a lead role in project(s), managing and developing the agile methodology within one of our leading clients. What you'll be doing: Collaborate with senior stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product, ensuring that ideation ladders up to the strategic goals of the business, and support adapting priorities as the business progresses. Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring the customer experience is frictionless across channels. Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns product roadmap to strategic goals: both in the immediate and longer term. Determine scope of change and the iterations to unlock greatest customer value. Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. Understand and challenge perceived customer value in order to prioritise effectively and ensure we focus on the changes that will deliver maximum value align to our strategy. Performing BA / Story / AC writing tasks where required. Play an active role leading up to and during planning to ensure plans align to strategic goals. Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. Identify areas of the agile process that require refinement and look for opportunities to continuously improve the E2E process working closely with our senior release and engineering teams. Contribute to release meetings and prioritise which candidates will be delivered across value streams. What we want from you: Excellent knowledge of agile scrum methodology and practices. Experience working with eCom/Retail, AI Products or similar large scale complex digital projects. Proven ability to lead and create high performing teams in an ever changing environment, ensuring engagement remains high
