For our Team in Albarraque (Portugal) we are therefore looking for a Product Owner Connected Mobile Apps.
PMI's mobile apps are the hub of our connected ecosystem, seamlessly connecting users to their Smoke-Free devices, PMI brands, services, and other experiences that facilitate a better life. The Product Owner for Connected Mobile Apps will be at the core of delivering the key capabilities of this important Consumer Experience channel, building seamless physical-to-digital interactions.
You will work with diverse cross-functional teams and will be accountable for all Product Owner activities: delivering the roadmap for the product, owning the lifecycle, and managing the communication with partners, all the while making sure the customers' needs are met!
You will:
Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring the product meets business goals and user needs.
Understand and support the Channel Head to represent the needs of the customer: leverage learnings and insights to understand evolving customer and market requirements, trends, rhythms, and events.
Advocate for and drive the connected features delivery. Ensure that all connected feature capabilities are built to drive innovation and business results.
Lead cross-functional requirements with the right stakeholders to deliver the global roadmap for connected ecosystem capabilities.
Assume responsibility for release definition, including new products or features, architecture, performance, and allocations for technical debt.
Enable all the integrations across different digital products and systems to deliver the channel vision.
Lead Agile Ceremonies and approve digital product releases and development steps, plan for releases and assess digital product progress.
Collaborate with IT Teams and IT Product Group Architect to understand and align the strategies for product development and technology evolution.
Manage team capacity and output, applying metrics (KPIs) to make informed decisions on product delivery and quality.
We're looking for:
University Degree in Computer science, digital, digital marketing, or comparable work or life experience.
Minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years directly on Mobile Apps with connectivity.
Product owner experience OR proven experience in working with agile product teams that follow product management best practices.
An understanding of backend technologies, networking solutions, APIs, databases, and cloud services will be instrumental for this role.
Professional scrum certification (Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus.
Demonstrated ability in building, launching and growing products in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
Experience in defining requirements, working with diverse stakeholders on complex cross-functional solutions.
Strong Communication skills, ability to communicate to technical & non-technical teams.
Passion for digital consumer experience and delivering seamless experiences to users.
