Join us and seize the opportunity to take ownership of one or more products, diving deep into the realm of endpoint monitoring & management. Our mission is to empower our customers with the tools they need to effectively manage their endpoints and infrastructure.Take over the role of a Product Owner inside an agile scrum team, and lead and chaperon product initiatives from planning, releasing, and maintaining them.Shape and communicate the product roadmap with a global impact together with the Product Managers and Product Owners within Remote Management.Be the Customers' advocate inside the team and translate their needs into product requirements by defining, tracking, and analyzing the relevant key product indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that we work on the right and important pieces.Analyze and classify customer and market requirements and independently develop creative ideas and actions by actively seeking qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, monitoring the market, and creating competitive analysis.Ensure that the development team members understand the goals of the product initiatives relevant for them and fully support them.Be part of the agile product development process and oversee the associated flows jointly with members of various departments such as Software Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Support.Support and advance the technical feasibility and intuitive usage of the planned functions making our customers excited about them.RequirementsA university or college degree in the field of Business, Computer Science or Information Systems, or similar subject.Profound experience (5+ years) in one of the following areas: product management, software development, connectivity, business-to-business solutions, or consulting.Proven track record in the design, implementation, and maintenance of software.Self-driven, proactive, good communication skills and can-do attitude are some of your personal strengths.Positive mindset with result-oriented, collaborative, agile and structured approach.Strong technical understanding, proven customer interaction and user experience/design thinking methods as well as coding experience are a plus.Experience in the field of Unified Endpoint Management is a plus.Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Portuguese or German are a plus.What we offerOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start.Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and company stocks, regular salary reviews.Public transport friendly offices.Option to lease an e-bike or use one of electric cars.Special terms for local gyms.Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts.Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations.Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches.Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office.Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
