Job Description:
The Product Master Data Steward is responsible for day-to-day execution of business processes, inputting data and supporting the wider business community maintaining product data to ensure complete & accurate product master data in enterprise systems.
This role will be reporting directly to the Product Lifecycle and will be supporting the data domain steward and business stakeholders cross functionally to remediate data issues, prevent future issues, drive efficiency, meet data quality standards and global compliance requirements.
Location and Schedule: Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Defensores Chaves 45, Lisboa) with Hybrid working.
The focus of this role includes:
Completing Reseller product setup sheets prior to launch and ad hoc requests.
Updating reseller requirements of setup sheet templates.
Maintaining and monitoring product master data within enterprise systems.
Creating data quality reports to assess the overall fitness of the product master data.
Applying Data Governance Framework (including the management of data, data policies and standards etc.)
Updating process and policy documentation.
Creating and providing training for onboarding processes and tools, to internal customers using the PIM.
Driving improvements throughout the current processes and advise on future enhancements.
Assisting with internal customers consuming & utilizing product master data.
Working collaboratively with D&A CoE, New product Managers, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, Account Managers, Customer Service, SME's and other cross-functional stakeholders as needed on various projects.
Other ad-hoc requests as needed.
Critical Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, or related technical field.
Experience in shared services environment.
English Fluency.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and set priorities.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Organizational and cultural awareness.
Knowledge of Agile Framework and Project Management considered a plus.
