.Tock is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, developing product positioning, creating important messages, and developing go-to-market strategies that move product adoption.This is a full-time role and you will report to the Head of Product. You will work hybrid in Chicago or fully remote from an approved location.You'll Get To...Establish yourself as a trusted partner within the organization by demonstrating an understanding of our customers, market needs, and industry trends.Conduct customer interviews, inform the product roadmap, and manage customer profiles.Collaborate with the product team to manage value and business viability risks, validate market fit, and assess market sizing.Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate market dynamics to inform and refine product positioning.Work with the Product team to align customer insights with product development and messaging.Ensure that product features and benefits resonate with customer needs and market demands.Work with Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging by segment, translating features into compelling narratives and benefits to guide new acquisitions and feature adoption from our current customers.Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features to achieve our goals.Coordinate with partners to ensure successful product releases.Collaborate with Marketing to manage creative development and execution, ensuring brand consistency and impactful storytelling.Develop and execute internal communications plans for execution.Work with the Marketing team to help create sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content, ensuring understanding of product positioning and messaging.Monitor product usage, adoption, and market performance to identify areas for improvement.Focus on driving product feature adoption and measuring impact to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.Analyze product usage and adoption to identify areas of opportunity and make product, rollout and training recommendations.Facilitate feedback loops between our organization and the product team (eg. win/loss, trends and opportunities, etc)
