Squarespace is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to drive platform growth and user success by supporting stakeholders and business leads. You have experience with go-to-market, product and feature launches, positioning and messaging, empathy with a customer's journey, and demonstrated success driving cross-product adoption at a SaaS company. Experience with CRM is a bonus. The Product Marketing Manager will be a part of the product marketing organization, which values communicating the core benefits of the Squarespace platform to all its customers, driving new product adoption, and working across different teams to message, position, and go to market with a better Squarespace funnel, trial, and product. You are passionate about the customer and work with the Growth product team to identify pain points we can resolve.
This will work hybrid in our headquarters in New York, and reports to the Associate Director of Product Marketing.
You'll Get To… Uncover and surface insights to inform product development across customer lifecycle
Identify GTM priorities for product marketing partners
Map out the customer's journey and how it maps to the marketing funnel
Work with Product Analytics, Customer Value, and Marketing Analytics to solve for customer journey data gaps
Optimize trial experience flow with marketing partners
Identify growth opportunities across the family of Squarespace products including core website builder, Commerce, and Acuity Scheduling
Unlock cross-product efficiencies
Work with CRM team to identify lifecycle moments to introduce new or expanded product offerings
Work with Consumer/INTL PMM and product teams to position, message, and drive go-to-market strategy
Partner across teams to implement product marketing plans, and support Squarespace platform evolution
Who We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years of demonstrated success in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, content strategy, or go-to-market
OR
3+ years of Product Management, Engineering, Analyst, or Product Design experience
Deep user understanding and visibility into pain points within the customer journey that lead to funnel leaks or churn
Data-driven with the ability to discover and tie together insights to influence decisions
A storyteller with strong presentation skills (verbal, written, visual), distilling complex concepts into simple language
Project management abilities to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives and prioritize across multiple product launches

Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 – $170,200 USD The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
