About the role We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who willcreate and deliver compelling narratives that showcase our product's unique value, engaging customers, attracting prospects, and aligning internal teams. You will drive business growth through strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans that capitalise on market opportunities. We are full of ideas and energy. What you'll do Regularly conduct and update market research. Analyse customer feedback and product usage data. Monitor competitor activities and strategies. Create and refine customer segmentation models. Develop messaging frameworks for different customer segments. Position products to highlight unique value propositions and advantages. Produce sales materials, including pitch decks, datasheets, and FAQs.(both internally and externally(for customers)) Provide ongoing support and updates to sales and product teams. Collaborate with product management to define feature priorities. Gather and integrate customer feedback into product development and/or sales enablement. Communicate roadmap updates to internal stakeholders. Evaluate product performance and market alignment. Identify gaps and opportunities for new products or enhancements. Align portfolio management with strategic business objectives. Collaborate with strategic sales to set and adjust pricing. Analyse market pricing trends and customer price sensitivity. Use pricing as a strategic tool in product positioning. Provide customer insights and feedback to the product team. Facilitate customer advisory boards or focus groups
