Together with the Product Marketing team, our new product marketing manager owns the positioning, messaging, and branding of our products and enables our sales and partner teams to better position and market our products that help brands and retailers offer customized and highly converting product experiences that delight customers, improve time to value, and boost ROI.
Your responsibilities - with the opportunities to grow: In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development:
Draw on your in-depth technical, competitor, and product knowledge to create and deliver clear and compelling product collateral and content tools - from feature & benefit datasheets, product presentations, guides, standard demos, video summaries and snippets, webpages, FAQs, and glossaries to partner and sales enablement tools - such as product function and architecture PPTs, competitive battle cards, buyers' guides, pricing tools, and ROI calculators and presentations.
Be an active core contributor to company-wide knowledge management creating standard text for FAQs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Devise and manage product launches, releases, and campaigns, be skilled at evangelizing our product.
Craft compelling messages for use across marketing channels.
Translate technical details into benefits for the user.
Deploy product marketing strategies.
Be the expert on our buyers: who they are, how they buy, and what their buying criteria is, being able to build buyer personas.
Monitoring and analysis of the market.
Work with various teams (design, content, product, sales) to implement strategies.
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
Your profile - what do you need to fit with us? Bachelor's degree required - Marketing or MBA qualification an advantage.
Minimum 3 years enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud services or enterprise information archiving product marketing experience: Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
English native speaker and writer, skills in German a plus.
You are an expert on our competition and their positioning.
Excellent copywriting skills for a variety of communication media.
Technical skills and experience in working with digital marketing automation tools and systems (HubSpot).
Experience working on a global scale with US, European and APAC exposure an advantage.
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
Knowledge of any of the following software markets is advantageous: Product Information Management, Master Data Management, and Digital Asset Management.
