About The Role We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate our multi-disciplinary marketing teams and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives for our crypto wallet in line with our product vision.
This role is all about project management, team alignment, and making sure things get done to a high standard.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and various marketing teams to set a unified vision and ensure they execute campaigns precisely.
This is not a role for someone seeking a purely strategic position—it's for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for getting the right results, on time.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Product to understand and articulate the vision for key features and releases.
Develop and manage a cohesive marketing calendar for feature launches, spanning pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
Coordinate efforts across SEO, content, PR, social, and community teams to ensure alignment with the marketing calendar.
Hold teams accountable for delivering their contributions on time and to a high standard.
Act as a bridge between technical and creative teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
Work closely with our social, community, user research and customer service teams to see first-hand and understand what our users are saying and feeling about the product in order to feed that back to the business to help us set development priorities Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns, providing updates and resolving roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to recommend improvements.
About You: Proven experience in product marketing, marketing project management or a similar role, ideally within B2C tech or crypto industries.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to "speak the language" of marketing specialists (SEO, PR, social media, community etc.).
A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset—you excel at getting things done without overcomplicating.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders, and managing accountability.
Knowledge of the crypto space is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
