We're looking for a world-class Credit Product Marketing Lead that'll articulate and drive marketing strategies to promote credit products, as well as communicate the positive impact of Revolut and build trust with customers.

What you'll be doingCreating a long-term strategy with milestones for marketing credit productsDesigning impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver creative projects that contribute to the Credit department's KPIsBuilding and scaling processes to work efficiently across credit product teams and markets with nuanced and localised products and marketing strategiesLeveraging knowledge obtained from proper feedback loops to extract data-driven, actionable marketing performance insights to inform strategyImmersing yourself in understanding our customers' needs and how our credit features function globallyCreating go-to-market strategies by taking the lead in shaping effective credit launches, providing top-notch creative excellence and flawless execution by coordinating cross-functionallyBriefing creative teams and developing comprehensive audience strategies, crafting value propositions, and orchestrating PR strategies for campaignsDeveloping solid cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring new products and campaigns to marketWorking with our Data Science team to utilise predictive models to better identify target segments and design and execute effective campaignsWhat you'll needExperience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company)Passion for Revolut's productsKnowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industryExtensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various teamsA solid track record in consumer marketing and creative acumen, with an understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activationsDemonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTo be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic environmentExperience hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talented, motivated individualsNice to haveExpertise in credit, borrowing, and/or regulated productsGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your teamBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
