Role:

As a Product Manager at Logistema, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with our engineering team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the market.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.

Product Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and launch new features and products.

Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and setting timelines.

Requirements Gathering: Translate customer needs into clear and actionable requirements for the engineering team.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Experience with customizable in-house platforms, similar to SAP (implementation and customer management).

Proven experience in product management, including ownership of sprints, creating user stories, and coordinating with development teams.

Familiarity with the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes.

Experience with OutSystems, Claranet, Deloitte Digital Services, or similar platforms.

Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements for the technical team.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative approach with a focus on problem-solving and finding customized solutions for different industries.

Proactive and results-oriented.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and digital products.

Fluent in English.

Preferably based in the Lisbon area due to the need for occasional in-person interaction with clients.

Interest in remote work (one day per week in the office for direct contact with the team).

What we offer:

Remote work with the possibility of one day per week in the office.

Full-time contract (either B2B or employment contract).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
