The roles & responsibilities include:Understand market needs based on global strategy / FFU / research:Gather countries inputs on product priorities (FFU)Lead global product market researchCreate global Campaigns & Value propositions:Define global disease journey's priorities for B2BDefine global toolkit deliverables for B2B and B2C/DTCCreate toolkit assets and contentDefine the global value proposition of Radiology for B2BWinning Global 'ignite' portfolio:Define global ignite portfolio for DTC & B2BDefine product innovation masterplanLead the business case for new product innovation.Deploy / train local teams on:New global CampaignNew value propositionNew Product launchesTracking / results:Track results on Campaigns & product launches.Competitive intelligence:Be up to date on offering from competitors across marketsKey skills:Partner with local markets (interpersonal skills)Market research (agency support covers gap)Understand product/diseases (technical knowledge)Define key deliverables for B2B (experience in B2B)Content creation as medically compliant as possible (technical knowledge)Deep understanding on Doctor's needs (Radiology experience, sales experience)Built a business plan with multifunctional team (analytical, writing, interpersonal, planning & organization skills)Deployment or training local teams (technical knowledge, presentation skills)Technical content to be shared with local teams (technical knowledge)Analyse results & get valuable insights (analytical skills)Understand Radiology product details & differences (technical knowledge)Requirements:Background: biology / biochemical - someone that understands our products (not medical as we do not want to create a parallel medical team)Experience in B2B and/or sales relationship with practitionersExperience on building contentExperience on deployments or team trainingExperience in Radiology a super plusHigh level of English
