You'll actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, evaluate and deploy products that will impact thousands of physicians' day-to-day. Your work will involve hands-on involvement and management of all stages of the product lifecycle.Your responsibilities:Product strategy: Define the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall vision, business goals and user needs;Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, prioritising features, managing timelines and resources and continuous monitoring of performance and business impact;Cross-functional work: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams from engineering, data and content, to deliver new product features to our users;Documentation excellence: Spearhead comprehensive documentation for all products and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility;User Centric Development: Closely work with User Support as a critical source of improvement, to collect, process, analyse and act on user feedback; conduct user research to ensure product excellence at all stages; and ensure a seamless UX/UI across all channels (from mobile to web) and touchpoints with our users;Communication: Facilitate engagement with stakeholders and peers, ensuring timely updates, progress and key decisions are properly communicated at all times.Who you are:Degree in Sciences, Information Technology, Business and Management with experience in technology;3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with user-facing products;Data-driven mindset and experienced with making use of analytics and user feedback to make informed product decisions;Demonstrated skills in product documentation, with the ability to create clear, user-friendly, comprehensive materials;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders and audiences;Collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to delivering value in the health tech space as part of a team;Curious about the latest trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning;Fluency in EnglishContactIf you have questions about careers at Tonic App or want to submit a spontaneous application, contact us by email:
