Product Manager - Mobile Lisboa Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal Job Description: Responsibilities: Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blue's strategic direction and objectives, KPIs, and consumer needs. Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile. Together with the commercial counterpart, manage the entire product life cycle. Drive and design a high-quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience. Define the product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interaction with engineering teams. Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog. Promote the product to internal and external customers/partners. Analyze feature performance, product KPIs, and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience. Qualifications and Education Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with customer-facing mobile technology - ideally experience working in transactional environments (e.G., banking, insurance, etc.). Completed education in the fields of Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience. Proven ability to come up with new mobile products and develop them successfully in line with market needs and company strategy. Experience in working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable. Solid understanding of agile software development processes. Basic data analytics skills.
