Product Manager (Mandarin)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead product development and drive business growth in the Philippines.Work Setup: Full-time; Morning shift; Onsite - BGC Office; Salary up to 350k commensurate to work experienceRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle, including formulation and improvement of product details such as visual experience, functionality, and interaction.Responsible for planning and design to optimize user experience and enhance product competitiveness in the market.Conduct research and market analysis and data insights to understand user needs and gain insight into customer pain points and product potential.Collaborates with the team and engages in cross-department communications to complete product development and launch, especially in website and applications.Responsible for overall management and supervision of all products, and carries out product iteration and optimization based on user feedback and market demand.Formulate product marketing strategies and goal setting to achieve company objectives.Minimum Qualifications:At least 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the internet, e-commerce, payment systems, or banking industry.Must have extensive product management experience.Must be able to speak fluently in Chinese and English.Must have the ability to understand, abstract and design requirements in complex business scenarios, and have excellent system solution design and expression skills.Must be detailed and keen to data and must have strong analytical skills.Is proactive, highly motivated, and can work well under pressure.Proficient in professional web user interface, user experience, APP design, and prototype development tools.
