Your mission We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of delightful UX while providing a solid portfolio of service offerings to our customers. As the owner of the Customer platforms you will manage the ideation, evolution and optimization of the Finoa offering. You will work with relevant stakeholders, collect customer feedback and own the customer journey in his interaction with Finoa services. Finoa currently supports 15+ of the most exciting protocols out there as well as more than 180 ERC-20 tokens. We work directly with new crypto projects to help them launch their networks since before TGE (token generation event) and integrate the blockchains with the highest potential in the industry. We are a remote-friendly company, but we require applicants to be based either in Portgual or Germany for this position. If you are an office person, we have two beautiful offices in Berlin and Porto. In this role, you will: Take responsibility for key metrics of the Finoa services' platform Work closely with your team and with the Blockchain integration teams to create the best Web3 UX for our institutional customer base and help new networks launch. Supervise all Finoa customer-facing platforms involved in service provisioning (WebApps + Mobile App), expand the portfolio of services and Finoa monetization. Own, plan and deliver the roadmap of these platforms. Monitor service levels, ensure clear communication to customers via the product. Create and maintain the knowledge base for platform and relative services so that it may be accessed and used by our engineers and our customer facing teams. Have to be based in Portugal or Germany with a valid VISA. What you need to be successful: You have 3+ years experience in Product Management, creating and shipping customer-oriented products and working with cross functional teams. You track product performance for breakfast. You posses good experience with Agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe. Experience leading teams/squads. You devise well thought out roadmaps to deliver maximum value. You can write well defined specs and effectively communicate product requirements to the development team. You own the product/feature go-to-market cycle end to end. You have experience working with Web3 and/or Fintech products and services and are knowledgeable in the different stages of their development cycle. You have deep knowledge of the crypto space and current local and international regulatory landscape are a strong plus but not mandatory. You have superb English verbal and written communication skills. You have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team. A track record working with leading a team for integrations is a strong plus. Having worked with products at scale is a strong plus. Technical background/expertise is a plus.
