As a Product Manager at InnoWave, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver our product that delight our customers and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.Product Discovery: Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer problems and opportunities, using techniques such as user interviews, surveys, and market analysis.Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritises features and improvements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to product decisions.Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing product performance and iterating on features and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role.Strong understanding of the Product Operating Model and best practices in product lifecycle management.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategies.Customer-centric, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for creating products that make a difference.Experience with market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.Proven ability to adapt to market changes and align operational processes with evolving industry demands.Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
