Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage a high volume of use cases and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Supporting business teams in utilizing the AI platforms effectively and addressing their needs.
Leading significant projects with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and value creation.
Handling IT-related administrative tasks and coordinating with internal teams.
Driving the product's vision by analyzing user feedback, conducting user testing, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Managing project workflows while embodying a product mindset to prioritize impactful initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning concepts is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and self-driven attitude: Execute tasks self-responsibly. A can-do and get-stuff-done attitude is crucial.
Strong communication skills, able to effectively discuss project requirements with different hierarchy levels and disciplines (engineering, business, etc.).
Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
Familiarity with IT administration and data security practices.
Knowledge of stakeholder management in large, international organizations.
Important Information:
Main working location will be Portugal (Lisbon).
Willingness for business travel (on an occasional basis).
