Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Deep understanding of game development processes - to support the team in the development of features and content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of the gaming market, player behavior, and industry trends.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Strong communication skills that will help you work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders
Good aesthetic art vision to ensure the game's visual elements are engaging and aligned with the overall design.
Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail.
Fluent English level.

Established network within the gaming industry.
