About the Position
We're seeking talented and highly motivated Product Manager to help develop the future of our unique Uniform Management System (UMS). The strategy of Skypro is really depending on a Uniform Management System that optimizes stock, procurement and manufacturing depending on our costumer's geolocation. The growing demand that we are being challenged, force us to develop a software solution that will automate processes and brings an excellent and unique experience to all stakeholders.
We are looking for a Product Manager that will have a global vision for a software solution that will control all SKYPRO operation, production and logistics, integrate a SCRUM team to feed backlog and lead the definition of our world requested Uniform Management System.

Responsabilities
Co-Creation of Product Strategy, driving the direction, feature set and release cadence
Work with internal stakeholders and development teams to drive UMS feature definition.
Document future product features and requirements into well-organized written product requirements (Jira and Confluence).
Feed the backlog of developer SCRUM team (designer, backend and frontend developers, tester and data science).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that meet user needs and business requirements.
Drive and track product development progress with development team.
Align product development priorities with SKYPRO strategy.
Partner with Operation, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, and Support to communicate product roadmap updates and deliver highly anticipated releases with a great end-to-end customer experience.

Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
2+ years' experience in a product role for a consumer facing app.
You possess strong communication skills
Excellent problem solver

Available to be flexible and experience changes to continuously seek for excellence
Ability to quickly pick up technical concepts and terminology
A passion for creating user-centric products.
Able to work effectively and collaboratively with engineering, analytics and design functions

Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize.
Proficiency with agile development
Familiarity with UI/UX tech stack – Figma and Miro
