We are looking for an adventurous Product Manager (with a focus on real estate, crypto and fintech):
Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs and business growth.Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from design, launch and developing cross functional partnerships.Define product requirements and roadmaps including feasibility, time, cost, and impact.Maintain multiple roadmaps in-line with company vision & strategy.Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams.Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.Build, mentor and manage a product team including developers and UX designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture.Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.This project requires: 3+ years of experience in the financial services or real estate industry in business development, partnerships, or a sales role.Demonstrable experience in building high ROI partnerships in B2C markets.High proficiency in prospecting high value partners, crafting win-win deals, and nurturing partner relationships.Strong level understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of Fintech business.Excellent presentation skills.Basic knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, real estate, and decentralized finance.Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in company strategy and direction.Experience and existing network within personal finance, real estate investment, and alternative investment platforms is a strong plus.Profile sought: You have at least 1 year of successful experience in a real estate, web3 or fintech position.Track record of successful launches.Your key words are: "performance" and "customer experience".Man or woman of the field, you like challenges and you are ready to revolutionize the obsolete world of real estate with us.Deep knowledge of NFT space.You identify with our model and wish to take part in our unique and innovative adventure!Your perseverance, your autonomy, your strong interpersonal skills and your positivity will be key assets to succeed together.And more than anything, you are highly motivated!Project may lead to other more global operational missions to assist the CEO.
