Job Description DXcharts is a lineup of B2B charting libraries for technical analysis and trading for fintech companies on all platforms: web, mobile, and desktop. The chart is the face of any trading terminal, the first and the biggest widget traders see when they open a trading platform. By managing the product you will be responsible for bringing value and improving UX for dozens of millions of users all over the world. While doing this you will learn all the secrets of electronic trading, the difference between OTC and exchange trading, and will work with the biggest names in the industry.
As a product manager, you will be responsible for delivering one of the best products in your niche and directly affecting the revenue it is generating for the company. We expect you to lead your way, though we are seeking a person who will:
identify the target audience, their needs, and pains, to deliver the best possible solutionanalyze markets, and participate in creating/maintaining a marketing strategyconduct quantitative research (interviews, UX tests, etc)create and defend roadmaps, plans, charts, and pitch presentationsdefine business/marketing/product metrics and maintain themincrease conversion rates by improving steps of marketing/sales funnels working together with marketing, sales, and legal teamslead and close deals with B2B clientsprepare and deliver product reports, demos, and presentations regularlydeliver software solutions going together with the team through all the stages of the development lifecycle (from an idea to production)achieve goals regardless of the existing business limitations Qualifications proven track record of managing B2B productsexperience with UI front-end products3+ years in the software development industryunderstanding of how software is built and shipped to clientsproduct development skills (backlog, roadmap, vision, hypothesis, etc.)prioritization skills (Eisenhower matrix, ICE, RICE, etc.)marketing knowledge (segmentation, channels, funnels, metrics, conversion, ROI, etc.)understanding monetization (business models, unit economics, PnL, LTV, CAC, etc.)vast experience in research (problem/JTBD interviews, A/B tests, etc.)strong leadership skillsvery strong negotiation skillsC1+ level of the English language Life in Devexperts We will only achieve our mission if we live our culture.
