We are actively building interesting AI use-cases in this area - automatically analysing and synthesis your data with LLMs.We are looking for exceptional individuals with significant experience building Ruby on Rails applications to come and raise the bar within our engineering and product organization and help us not just ship features but expand our platform, processes and culture as we continue to grow and scale.This is an huge opportunity to get in early, work on interesting problems, have a huge impact on the technology and culture of an early stage company, and shape the future of how teams build software through research.This is a remote role open to anyone able to work within US timezone-ish including Brazil, Latin America, New Zealand, Portugal, Serbia, Europe.The opportunity We're actively hiring for a product engineer - someone who can own an entire feature or product area end to end - from specification, to delivery, QA, customer feedback etc.What you will do:Work directly with design and product to deliver end to end user experiencesGrow to own large product areas.Build strong customer empathy through understanding customer feedback and product usageSense of good UX and design sensibilitiesFollow and improve best practices across the SDLCReview PRs, Pairing and Technical Designs.Establish, promote and refine usability heuristicsAs a member of our engineering team, you'll be crucial asset in our journey.Ship interesting features directly to end users frequently with just the right amount of bureaucracy. (We deploy several times a day, main goes to production)High amounts of autonomy, ownership and impact.Drive key technology and architectural designs across the entire platform and product.Grow with the company - with plenty of opportunity to dive deep technically or move into management. Be intimately involved in business and product decisions.Learn from experienced startup founders (10 years experience, 2 previous exits)About you Experience5+ years experience in web application software developmentRuby on Rails experience (Strongly preferred)Comfortable with frontend (React/Typescript)Experience working on applications at some scale.Highly autonomous.
