Your tasks: Manage industrialization of new products according to Stage/Gate process, ensuring compliance with product specifications, implementation deadlines, quality, and availability requirements; Coordinate changes to existing products by Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process; Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities to generate cost savings; Ensure the availabilityand maintenance of all technical data and documentation related to products and the respective manufacturing processes; Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes. Your profile: Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials; Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles; Experience with ProjectManagement (Stage Gate Process); Experience with SAP or similar ERP system; Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Google tools command; Experience with FMEA; Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
