As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Seeking out innovations that elevate the company's offerings.
Overseeing the successful implementation of new products from concept to market release.

Researching product trends across various countries.

Reporting to the Plant Manager while also working directly with the CEO on innovation opportunities. What you need to succeed
10 years of experience in a similar product development role, preferably in the mattress or upholstery segment, with evidence of products you have personally helped bring to market.
Comprehensive knowledge of design, sourcing, product industrialization, costing, and planning.
