Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead innovative projects and experiences, focusing on our corporate website as a medium and on the buyer as a user. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing design solutions that align with the company's overall vision and goals and focus on performance and metrics. This position is highly collaborative and will need to connect the needs of marketing, Sword's brand, and the user. The ideal candidate is an end-to-end individual who works closely with the executive team to design new experiences and is also capable of working along with development teams to ensure the vision is built accordingly and with the desired quality. What you'll be doing: Translate user needs, business and technical requirements into designs that are visually delightful, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. Drive design solutions sensitive to industry trends that further business outcomes. Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies. Drive collaboration with multiple partners, including product managers, engineers, marketing managers, brand and product designers. Connect user research, testing, and product data with design concepts with a focus on performance. Design beautiful visual experiences across web, including mobile, web, and tablet experiences
