You will have the imagination and initiative to take a high-level concept and develop the product requirements and designs for the engineering team to implement. You will be able to balance your ideas with contributions from others in the team and clients.You will be a great fit if you Have 5+ years of full-time experience as a designer or product ownerExperienced with FigmaProduce detailed and thoughtful product requirements and user storiesExperience working with users to gather their feedbackCare about the detail and always participate in QA to ensure final delivery is to the highest standardAre strong in UI, UX or visual design but can offer working skills across all areas of product designHave experience across web and mobileHave experience in developing assets for social media, emails, blogs, events, digital adverts, etc. (bonus )Have good communication skills in written and spoken EnglishSome activities you would do on a typical day at Nook Developing user stories and product requirements for the engineering teamReviewing our own product and user behaviour to identify opportunities to improveReviewing competitor products and identifying their best featuresWhere required, work with the commercial team to deliver collateral to support business growth (e.g. design for website & marketing materials).You will be solving a real problem that businesses around the world struggle with, and being successful will mean your work has an impact on a global scaleAs part of the core team, we will invest in you to help you achieve your career goals#J-18808-Ljbffr
