What you'll be doing: User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, and user journeys to understand our users and their needs; Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design solutions; Visual Content Production: Provide engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and translate the Sword's personality, with a focus on testing, performance, and personalization; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints; Data-Driven Design: Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions; Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products; Growth Initiatives: Focus on improving key growth metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative design solutions; Enrolment/Onboarding Experiences: Design seamless and intuitive flows that guide users through the initial stages of using our products; Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
