.Let's start with the role We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Gaming team and contribute to designing an innovative, top-tier product that captivates and serves millions of customers daily. You will be part of a growing Gaming design team that is continuously improving our sports betting experience. Your responsibilities will range from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping, covering a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications. Additionally, you will be contributing to our ever-growing design system, building components and architecting new needs. In your day-to-day role, you will lead small projects, tackle larger ones, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design outcomes. You will be collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional and comprehensive experiences. You will actively participate in project and team meetings, regularly showcasing and discussing your work. In addition, you'll receive coaching to enhance both your technical and behavioral skills while developing your own coaching abilities. Our daily operations are organized within scrum teams while maintaining a holistic view from a design perspective to ensure consistency and coherence. We aim to continuously provide services to the development teams that require our support, working within two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process. You will also have time for learning and growth during weekly design chapter meetings. As a Product Designer you will: Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient and user-friendly; Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or approaches to design challenges; Produce conceptual designs to share initial ideas both internally and externally and incorporate design feedback; Produce, present and review high-resolution designs with internal team members and client personnel, integrating their feedback into the final product; Build simple and complex components to ensure product consistency and scalability; Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users; Collaborate effectivelywith a range of colleagues within a cross-functional team, including Product Owners, Developers and Product Managers; Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions; Shadow usability tests to identify pain points through user feedback; Add value to our wider Product Design chapter; Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure design components are reflected into code. What you'll bring At least 3 years of designing experience on Web and Mobile applications; Expertise in Figma, always in line with its latest updates and features
