About the Role Responsibilities Design Development : Create innovative and user-friendly design solutions for web and mobile applications. Requirements Professional Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, specifically in web and mobile applications. Strong Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions. Proficiency in Design Tools : Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Understanding of User-Centered Design : Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions. Attention to Detail : Keen eye for aesthetics and detail in design. Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Nice to Haves Experience in Agile/Scrum : Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience with User Research : Skills in conducting and analyzing user research. Motion Design Skills : Ability to create interactive animations or transitions.
