Purpose As Product Designer, you will design user-centred products by leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
The Product Designer is responsible for creating, engaging and effective user experiences through detailed design work, from concept to completion.
This role requires a combination of creative and analytical expertise to deliver products that align with both user expectations and business goals, while also crafting innovative, user-friendly solutions that cater to the needs of the target audience.
The Product Designer will report to the Head of Product Design.
Key Responsibilities Execute the design of product features from ideation to delivery, including wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, and developers to ensure the design aligns with product goals.
Create and maintain design system components and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie.
Experience in conducting user research and applying findings to design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in product design.
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address challenges from different perspectives.
Prototyping & Wireframing - Independently creates wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather user and stakeholder feedback.
Iterates on prototypes based on feedback to refine user flows and interactions.
Design System Management - Actively utilises and contributes to the Concrete Design System by incorporating its guidelines and interaction patterns into designs.
Collaborates with team members to ensure that new designs align with the established system and helps refine guidelines and components based on project needs.
Branding & Visual Design - Translates brand and design system guidelines into visually cohesive product designs, ensuring that designs remain on-brand and consistent across all touchpoints while aligning with the product's functionality and user needs.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration - Collaborates regularly with cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring that design solutions are feasible and aligned with the product roadmap and technical requirements.
Business Impact - Contributes expert insights to the business, enhancing value and supporting follow-up projects.
