YOUR ROLE At Expatrio, we aim to become the trusted partner of many expats who come to Germany, helping them find their occupation, providing the banking and insurance products they need and guiding them throughout their stay in Germany. We are now exponentially evolving our portfolio and are looking for a business-oriented product analyst to help us elevate our solutions. You will be part of a small data team and collaborate with your product and engineering counterparts to drive business value. As a scale-up with less than a decade of life and just over 70 employees, at Expatrio you will have the ability to directly influence the experience of thousands of expats while being exposed to many different challenges. Responsibilities: Perform product discovery on business areas to unveil and size opportunities Use in-depth analysis to guide the product roadmap Help designing experiments to validate hypothesis Own the event tracking plan and the tracking strategy Pair with product managers and engineers to produce business outcomes Define and implement the product KPIs (design and dashboarding) Help to establish a data-driven culture throughout the organisation YOUR PROFILE 4+ years working as a product analyst Proven track record of delivering business impact through data insights Proficiency in SQL and Python Previous experience working with tools such as Amplitude, MixPanel or Google Analytics Previous experience performing hypothesis testing and experimentation Proven track record delivering high quality in-depth analysis on business opportunities Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Looker, Quicksight) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
