This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Procurement PCoE, managing a team of professionals, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive procurement excellence.Your responsibilities:Enable efficient operations and success in operational procurement processes (incl. deep knowledge about Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders)Manage contracts (Service Level Agreement / Operational Level Agreement)Takes ownership of managing demand owners and performance reporting to Center of Excellence (PCoE)Improve the quality & efficiency with a measurable effect on predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead and coach team members in Procurement back office execution, with a customer-oriented approach, developing team to efficiently handle processes in scopeProvide training & onboarding of new employeesCreate evaluations and presentations for leadershipEnsure achievement of performance targets and develop & execute the PCoE procurement strategy as jointly defined with the respective stakeholders.Your profile:Strong experience in leading teams in Procurement (>3 years) with hands-on operational procurement process knowledgeDegree in business or economics or equivalent / higher educationProfessional working proficiency in English.
