The Supply Services department is looking for a Procurement Specialist.
What you will do: Ensure proper supplier registration, supporting different regions, businesses, and their specific needs.Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, from selection to contract closure.Ensure global alignment of SLCM processes, meeting the requirements of Platforms, Regions, and BEFs.Monitor and control various BPOs and systems involved in this process.Critical Supplier Management: Conduct assessments and performance evaluations of critical suppliers within the assigned region(s).Monitor supplier performance and notify Regions, Platforms, and BEFs of necessary corrective actions.Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and SLCM activities.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement in supplier lifecycle management.Leverage supplier management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance operational visibility.Implement the global SLCM strategy, aligned with GBS objectives.Employment type: Full Time

What are we looking for: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or another relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in multinational companies, preferably in supplier lifecycle activities (SLCM).Knowledge of best practices in Supplier Lifecycle Management, including selection, registration, onboarding, performance management, development, audits/assessments, supplier qualification, and contract closure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to implement improvements and optimize processes (Focus: efficiency/cost reduction).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at different hierarchical levels on a global scale.Advanced English skills (spoken and written); Spanish knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP.Self-starter, proactive, and empathetic profile with the ability to work effectively in global teams.More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.
