The role sits in adidas Porto within the GBS Hub. Our GBS delivers high-quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and the Americas.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Use SAP Fieldglass to maintain accurate and up-to-date worker profiles for contingent workforce membersGather necessary information for worker profiles, including qualifications, skills, certifications, and contact details and regularly review itGenerate regular reports on worker profile data, including metrics such as diversity, skills distribution, and compliance statusSupport in training sessions or workshops to new users to familiarize them with the platform and ensure proper utilizationProvide support and guidance to stakeholders on the process of collecting and managing worker profiles within SAP FieldglassPerform quality checks on Purchase requestsServe as a point of contact for inquiries or issues related to worker profile managementWHAT WILL YOU NEED?University degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources or similarVerbal and written business fluency in Englishyear of experience in admin/documentation revision work, ideally in Source to Pay processesProblem-solving skills based on analytical and data revisionKnowledge of SAP Fieldglass will be considered a plusWHAT ARE WE OFFERING?Competitive salary, bonus, and benefitsHybrid work policy and flexible working hoursSports and work-life balance incentivesUpskilling and internal growth (local and international)International and diverse work environmentState-of-art office space and conditions
