Procurement Specialist (Contingent Workforce)

You'll be supporting the Source To Pay processes and policies, making sure that all contingency workforce members are compliant with our internal policies and guidelines. The role sits in adidas Porto within the GBS Hub. Our GBS delivers high-quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and the Americas.   WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Use SAP Fieldglass to maintain accurate and up-to-date worker profiles for contingent workforce members Gather necessary information for worker profiles, including qualifications, skills, certifications, and contact details and regularly review it Generate regular reports on worker profile data, including metrics such as diversity, skills distribution, and compliance status Support in training sessions or workshops to new users to familiarize them with the platform and ensure proper utilization Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on the process of collecting and managing worker profiles within SAP Fieldglass Perform quality checks on Purchase requests Serve as a point of contact for inquiries or issues related to worker profile management   WHAT WILL YOU NEED? University degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources or similar Verbal and written business fluency in English 2-4 years of experience in admin/documentation revision work, ideally in Source to Pay processes Problem-solving skills based on analytical and data revision Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass will be considered a plus   WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
