Procurement Manager Of Ff&E - Hospitality

The professional will be primarily responsible for managing the procurement processes of goods and services for the hospitality sector, particularly within the FF&E category (which includes, for example, furniture, lighting, decoration, etc.). In the role of FF&E procurement, the individual will be expected to optimize cost and delivery timelines, manage contracts, evaluate and categorize suppliers, and ensure that the procured goods and services meet the required quality and sustainability standards.Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential FF&E suppliers suitable for use in the hospitality environment; Conduct procurement-related supplier visits, both domestic and international (this may involve occasional extended travel); Negotiate purchase terms (prices, timelines, etc.) with suppliers; Ensure supplier compliance with Mercan Group's strategy and policies; Manage the procurement process for goods and coordinate deliveries to both operational hotels and hotels under construction; Oversee the delivery and installation processes at hotels; Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations; Interact with internal teams to ensure the effective integration of contracted services; Mediate the relationship between internal teams and suppliers. Required Qualifications: Proven professional experience in Procurement or Supplier Management, preferably within the FF&E category or similar areas; Ability to analyze budgets, costs, and financial projections related to supply contracts, ensuring that procurement decisions align with the financial goals of the project and the organization; Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, contract management, and Microsoft Office.
