The Procurement Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Unilabs' procurement operations by providing data analysis, insights, and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with the procurement team to optimize procurement strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track procurement performance and provide actionable insightsProcurement Strategy Support:Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives to drive cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and enhance operational efficiencyConduct market research and supplier analysis to support informed decision-makingSupplier Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established KPIs and SLAsIdentify and address issues or gaps in supplier performance, working closely with the procurement team to drive improvementsProcess Improvements:Identify opportunities for streamlining procurement processes and improving efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardization initiativesStakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations, to support their data and reporting needsProvide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support decision-making and enable data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience (3-5 years) in procurement, data analysis, or business intelligenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasetsProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauKnowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plusFluency in English is mandatory.
