.Job Description The Position TheProcure to Pay Associate Specialist - Travel & Expenses will work with a team of around 40 professional StS colleagues in the Center delivering and managing end to end StS processes. The Associate Specialist will be expected to work in a selection of the StS process mainly Employee Expense Management (T&E). Responsibilities: StS Process delivery: Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance. Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation. Bring a process improvement focus, supporting implementation of best practices and a project management discipline. Engage with process owners and other GSS Center colleagues to help identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement. Support Internal Stakeholders: Administer 'world-class service' experience for vendors, fellow employees and stakeholders. Manage relationship through collaboration, negotiation, and influence. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to StS. Up to 1 year of experience in StS processes. Fluency in English. Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical and systems skills with demonstrated experience in data management, MS Office. Pays attention to details, produces accurate deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines. Experience using SAP R/3 required. Fluency in other European Language in addition to Portuguese. Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA). Experience working in shared service, regional roles, participation in global initiatives preferred. Required Abilities: Knowledge on P2P Teamwork orientation with Strong customer service and collaboration mind-set Assertive Communication and proactivity. Work under pressure and independently valued. Knowledge on T&E (is a plus). Problem solving and critical thinking valued.
