Job Description
The Position:
TheAssociateSpecialistwillwork with a team ofaround40 professionalStScolleagues in the Center delivering and managing end to endStSprocesses.
TheAssociateSpecialistwillbe expected to work in aselectionof theStSprocess areasfrom Purchase Order Management, Invoice Processing, Settlements, & Employee Expense Management.Experience inas many of theseStSprocesses as possible is valuable.
Responsibilities:
StSProcess delivery:
Deliver servicesin accordance withagreed Service Level, Controlsand Governance.
Help to manage process risk byadhering topolicies and internal controls,complywithStSguidelines, ensuring process andSOXcontrols are executed ina timelyandaccuratefashion.
Maintaincomplete andaccuratestandard operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
Bring aprocess improvement focus,supportingimplementation of best practices andaproject management discipline.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors tosupportsuccessful audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
Engagewith process owners and otherGSS Centercolleaguestohelpidentifyopportunitiesto drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
Maintain professional and detailed process documentation such as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructionsetcin coordination withtheStSGlobal Process Owner.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree inBusinessAdministration, Finance,Accountingor other related toStS.
Up to1yearofexperienceinStSprocesses.
Fluency in English.
Pays attention to details, producesaccuratedeliverables,and consistently meets deadlines.
Experience using SAP R/3required. (Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA).
Required Abilities:
Work under pressure andindependentlyvalued.
Knowledge on P2P (E2E is a plus)
Problem solving and critical thinkingvalued.
Teamwork orientation with Strong customer service and collaboration mind-set
