A leading international group is looking for a Processing Manager (m/f/d). Your new role Coordinate the back-office team, ensuring the efficient execution of activities; Define, implement, and improve internal processes to ensure operational excellence; Manage and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment; Define and analyze performance metrics of the back-office team and mediate its relationship with other departments of the company; Collaborate with various areas of the company to ensure process integration; Supervise immigration administrative processes that are initiated and ongoing; Interact with registries and other government entities (Social Security, AIMA, AT) involved in immigration processes; Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines established by the Management; Study, evaluate, and propose new potential business areas to develop within the back-office department based on the analysis of client needs.
