As the Process Workstream Lead you will be responsible for financial processes, supporting Dynamics 365 implementation globally.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, solving technical issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
You will also be responsible for training, ensuring that internal customers have the necessary skills and tools.
Responsibilities: Challenge Unilabs to standardise and adopt out of the box processes Deliver initial engagement and fit gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solution Provides task management within the process team to ensure the team completes all deliverables as per the project plan Accountable for process team deliverables Design requirements Functional Design Document Business scenarios SIT test scripts Support testing the solution in Systems Integration Test Sign off SIT and advise business on UAT sign off Requirements Excellent process knowledge and understanding, preferably previous role as Key User, Business Analyst or Customer Care Familiar with any ERP, preferably 365 or enthusiasm to learn Dynamics 365 solution as implemented in Unilabs Strong ability to engage and support business superusers and key users Organised and structured in ability to hit key milestones Previous experience in a similar role Fluency in English is mandatory
