Process Workstream Lead - Inventory

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, solving technical issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes. You will also be responsible for training, ensuring that internal customers have the necessary skills and tools.Responsibilities:Challenge Unilabs to standardise and adopt out of the box processesDeliver initial engagement and fit gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solutionProvides task management within the process team to ensure the team completes all deliverables as per the project planAccountable for process team deliverablesDesign requirementsFunctional Design DocumentBusiness scenariosSIT test scriptsSupport testing the solution in Systems Integration TestSign off SIT and advise business on UAT sign offRequirementsExcellent process knowledge and understanding, preferably previous role as Key User, Business Analyst or Customer CareFamiliar with any ERP, preferably 365 or enthusiasm to learn Dynamics 365 solution as implemented in UnilabsStrong ability to engage and support business superusers and key usersOrganised and structured in ability to hit key milestonesPrevious experience in a similar roleFluency in English is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
