Process Manager

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Management or similar functions;
* Experience in managing and optimizing processes based on ITIL;
* Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices (KANBAN);
* Experience with Agile and Lean Methodologies;
* Knowledge of BPMN concepts;
* Organizational and communication skills;
* Capacity for creativity and innovation;
* Good English.
