Responsibilities: Experience in process design and management and associated reporting Experience in the management of initiatives to implement process improvements Ability to report results of initiatives Experience working with the ITIL framework and the most common practices (Problem management, Change enablement, Service configuration management, Incident management, …) Experience in IT projects is mandatory Knowledge of BPMN, Agile and LEAN methodologies is mandatory Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices Willing to work 2 days per week in the office We've got your back At Growin, we encourage our people to be the best versions of themselves.
